I am hoping that in posting this, I will hold myself accountable to my goals. I have not yet come up with a time frame for these goals, so that's also something to work out.
Goals give insight into where we are now and where we're headed. As someone constantly preoccupied with a nebulous conception of my future, goals will help me actually advance towards the future through present action. This is something I've sorely lacked for most of my life, so I want to rectify that.
Even starting a blog is a great first step. This is something I've always wanted to do, but I was always so afraid of sharing the mundanities of my life. I'd love to talk about my interests, but I don't know how! The words just won't come out.
